Hey, I'm Maxwell! I'm an engineer at Google DeepMind working on LLM serving and inference optimizations to deploy models (like Gemini) at scale.

I recently completed my MS in Computer Science from Stanford University with an emphasis in AI/ML and systems. Before that, I studied a mix of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Neuroscience at UC Berkeley, where I had the pleasure of conducting research on brain-machine interfaces and being a part of the vibrant teaching community.

My academic interests revolve around the intersection of AI/ML × {hardware, systems, networking}, and especially applications towards health and education.
